Our boys aren't failing. They're hitting “invisible fences”: This leadership + life-skills program changes that.
Weekly practice includes: academic excellence, effective decision making, money management, and opportunities to work on real projects for schools, nonprofits, and businesses.

Before a boy makes a single bad decision, he may already be hitting these "invisible fences". Invisible fences are messages, conditions, and habits that quietly shape what they believe is possible. About who he is, what to expect, and how far he can go in life. Some messages come from systems. Some come from fear. Some come from people trying to protect him from disappointment. Over time, those messages become barriers to success.
The Come Up helps young men recognize those barriers, challenge them directly, and replace them with structure, discipline, economic understanding, and real opportunities to grow. This is not motivation without method. It is leadership development built for real conditions and real results.
“The fence doesn’t keep anything out. It keeps you in.”

A practical process that moves participants from awareness to action.
Name what is real: strengths, gaps, habits, pressures, opportunities, and patterns. Honest assessment comes first.
Build the habits, skills, discipline, and confidence that support real growth. Progress happens through coaching, repetition, and consistent effort.
Put growth to work through real projects, service, leadership opportunities, and application in everyday life.

Name the limits, assumptions, and messages that have been shaping how participants see themselves, their environment, and their future.
Develop study habits, discipline, health, work ethic, decision-making, and self-respect. This work strengthens the whole young man.
Build relationships with mentors, peers, and adults who challenge excuses, expand vision, and reinforce accountability.
Turn preparation into action through projects, presentations, service, and opportunities that connect learning to real results.

Study habits, critical thinking, and the discipline to perform when it counts. Not just better grades — a sharper mind that knows how to learn anything it needs to.

How money works, how wealth is built, and how to make your resources work for you instead of the other way around. We focus on how money and opportunity flow through people and communities. The financial education most schools never give and most families never got.

Upright citizenship, real networks, and genuine service. Understanding your community deeply enough to lead it and caring enough to give something back.

The Leaders Club is a next-step cohort for boys and young men who are ready to go further. Members tackle real problems, sharpen leadership through collective thinking, and apply what they have learned with accountability, challenge, and purpose.
