The Come Up for Men

Men’s Growth | Leadership | Performance | Race to 800

The Come Up: FOR MEN  helps men strengthen the three areas that shape real-life outcomes: happiness, health, and wealth. Built around the Race to 800 framework, this hands-on seminar equips participants with practical tools to improve decision-making, build stronger routines, manage money with more control, and create momentum that carries into work, home, and everyday life.

Available as a workshop, cohort experience, or leadership development session.

The Core Problem

Potential is not the same as performance

Many men already have something valuable: lived experience, instincts, ambition, responsibility, and the ability to lead. The challenge is not whether potential exists. The challenge is whether life is structured strongly enough to turn that potential into repeatable results.

The Come Up for Men helps men sharpen decision-making, strengthen routines, improve follow-through, and remove the habits that quietly drain time, energy, and money.

Happy. Healthy. Wealthy. (In that order)

The strongest life is built in the right order: your inner life and direction first, your health and consistency next, and your finances and long-term stability after that.

Happy 800

What it measures:

The kind of happiness that shows up when life gets quiet. The peace you feel when you walk in your own home. The respect you earn because your word means something. The confidence that comes from knowing you are moving with intention, not just reacting to whatever today brings.

What This Section Covers:

Personal Integrity and Strength

Community and Giving Back

Vision and Goal Setting

What Happy 800 looks like in real life:

Happy 800 looks like clear priorities, steadier decisions, stronger relationships, and a life you can respect in private and in public.

Healthy 800

What it measures:

The kind of health that shows up in your energy, focus, and consistency. Not “gym talk,” but real capacity. Your ability to handle long days, stay sharp under pressure, and still have enough left for the people who count on you.

What This Section Covers:

  • Physical Health and Fitness
  • Mind and Body Connection
  • Consistency Systems

What Healthy 800 looks like in real life:

You wake up with usable energy. You move with less friction. Your mind feels clearer during decisions. You recover faster after tough days. You are able to show up for work and still show up at home with patience and presence. That is what “healthy” looks like when it’s built to last.

Wealthy 800

What it measures:

Wealthy 800 is the kind of money strength that gives you options. It is not about looking rich, it is about being steady. You can plan, provide, and handle surprises without everything falling apart, because your finances are organized and your choices are intentional.

What this section covers:

  • Financial Education and Stability
  • Credit as Trust
  • Cash Flow Discipline

What Wealthy 800 looks like in real life:

Bills get handled without stress. A setback does not turn into a crisis. You can invest in your future without feeling like you are gambling. You make money decisions with a clear head, and your family experiences the stability, not just hears you talk about it.

What to Expect

How Participants Get There

This is a hands-on experience. Participants work through a guided system that helps them see where they are, tighten how they operate, and build a plan they can actually run.

Diagnose the Pattern

Identify how you respond under pressure, what triggers wasted time, and where your current habits are producing weak outcomes.

Build the Playbook

Create simple, repeatable routines that protect focus, strengthen discipline, and build momentum week by week.

Apply the Tools

Use practical tools immediately: clearer routines, better cash-flow control, stronger decision-making, and health practices that support real life.

Track Progress with Intention

Measure movement, not perfection. The goal is to build a standard you can maintain and improve.
